Kveik is not a style but a farmhouse-style yeast strain. From the many Kveik variations, we have used Hornindal Kveik. A cleaner profile that accentuates hops and mouthfeel while also giving a very subtle farmhouse funk, orange peel and tangy citrus notes. A perfect workhorse for a juicy IPA.

Mango Pale delivers ripe, juicy Alfonso Mango backed up with Azzaca, Mosaic & Citra hops for lashings of tropical stone fruits. A full-bodied and rounded pale coming in at 5.8%, this easy-drinking Pale Ale is full of flavour, soft in mouthfeel and packing a punch full of sunshine.
First up on the nose you are greeted with wafts of melted chocolate and wheaty crumbs of broken cookies and digestives like opening the biscuit jar. High notes of sweet spices and macadamia offer additional interest and complexity to this beer.
The indulgence continues on the pallet with a thick and silky mouthfeel, the result of a considerable amount of oats and wheat used to form the base of this beer.
An intense flavour of milk chocolate drops combined with a balanced bitterness of cocoa nibs, a lick of coffee and a touch of vanilla sweetness make this a moreish treat.
Our Cold IPA sits somewhere in between an IPL and an Imperial Lager.
We’ve used lager yeast to employ a clean & bright profile and a huge 30% of the malt bill has been made up with rice to lower the malt profile and really let the hops shine through.
Expect fresh and tinned pineapple, delivering huge bursts of tropical juice on the nose. Coming in at 8.4%, it drinks incredibly easy with a very low haze, bright and clean all rounding off to a balanced bitterness and dryness from the yeasts.
Expect a dark appearance from a complex grist of malts lending dark berries and fruits, caramels, chocolate roasted notes and aromas of roasted coffee, accentuated with cold steeped coffee.

We've taken the best of Lager & Ale styles of Bocks and fermented warm with a lager yeast strain to create our take on a Bock and matured on cold steeped coffee.
Our local coffee roasters The Milk Shed selected the perfect coffee, "Finca Muxbal" blend. The coffee has notes of crisp red apples & pears lending acidity which pair and balance perfectly with the malty profile of our Bock.
