We've brewed a classic continental style with a modern twist with our friends at Drop Project using some of our favourite New Zealand hops and inspiration provided by the great outdoors!
Bold & bright tropical notes of pineapple and stone fruits combined with the refreshing citrus character of grapefruit, lime zest and tangerine oil are the results from the blend of punchy Riwaka & Motueka hops which have been further enriched with Nectaron.
Fruity esters with a light spice are achieved by a blend of French and Belgium yeast strains creating a full-flavoured, hoppy & sessionable 5.7% Saison.
Our base Stoutzilla recipe was evolved to create an even bigger body to withstand the time and ageing process in barrels. A complex and rich malt base with additions of cocoa nibs and robust Rwandan Coffee.
The end result is a velvety smooth mouthfeel followed by rich chocolate, robust coffee and vanilla to give a subtle sweetness which then leads into warming Bourbon, characteristics of wood and gentle smokiness which have been drawn out from the charred American oak.
Taking peaches, apricots, honey and oat milk to create Granola in a glass with a big, creamy and smooth body to the beer.
A hazy, 6% Pale Ale packed full of sweet peach & apricot supported with honey and oat milk adding a creamy, soft mouthfeel. Using Amarillo & El Dorado hops to deliver notes of juicy stone fruits by the spoonful!
Upfront expect peach & apricot with subtle tropical fruits in the background all round off with a decadent honey hue!
Malts: Extra Pale Ale, Naked Golden Oats, Flaked Oats, Toasted Wheat Malt, Maltodextrin, Rice Hulls Hops: El Dorado, Amarillo Yeast: London Fog
Expect a dark appearance from a complex grist of malts lending dark berries and fruits, caramels, chocolate roasted notes and aromas of roasted coffee, accentuated with cold steeped coffee.
It drinks like a lager full of complexity and character, clean & remarkably drinkable. We're proud to bring you our 7.2% Bock.
We've taken the best of Lager & Ale styles of Bocks and fermented warm with a lager yeast strain to create our take on a Bock and matured on cold steeped coffee.
Our local coffee roasters The Milk Shed selected the perfect coffee, "Finca Muxbal" blend. The coffee has notes of crisp red apples & pears lending acidity which pair and balance perfectly with the malty profile of our Bock.
Our Cold IPA sits somewhere in-between an IPL and an Imperial Lager.
We’ve used lager yeast to employ a clean & bright profile and a huge 30% of the malt bill has been made up with rice to lower the malt profile and really let the hops shine through.
Expect fresh and tinned pineapple, delivering huge bursts of tropical juice on the nose. Coming in at 8.4%, it drinks incredibly easy with a very low haze, bright and clean all rounding off to a balanced bitterness and dryness from the yeasts.
First up on the nose you are greeted with wafts of melted chocolate and wheaty crumbs of broken cookies and digestives like opening the biscuit jar. High notes of sweet spices and macadamia offer additional interest and complexity to this beer.
The indulgence continues on the pallet with a thick and silky mouthfeel, the result of a considerable amount of oats and wheat used to form the base of this beer.
An intense flavour of milk chocolate drops combined with a balanced bitterness of cocoa nibs, a lick of coffee and a touch of vanilla sweetness make this a moreish treat.
Brewed in collaboration in Bristol with our friend's Good Chemistry. This sour is inspired by the world-renowned cocktail, the Cosmopolitan. Mounds of Orange and Lime zest mingle with heaps of cranberry in this rich and fruity sour.
