A balanced body to support the concept of a pineapple and peppercorn crumble. Our base Berliner Weisse is tart, sweet and complimentary to a nostalgic dessert.
Aromas of fresh pineapple, citrus, cinnamon and vanilla tempt you in for a full dessert experience. Delicately balanced with drinkability in mind.
Lashings of vibrant pineapple purée were added during the end of fermentation. The beer was then conditioned on Madagascan vanilla pods to add a touch of sweetness.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Wheat, Oats, Pineapple, Hops, Yeast, Cinnamon, Vanilla & Pepper. Allergens in Bold.
