2021 Has Landed

On top of your weekly mailer we will do a little summary of what’s been happening this month and what’s coming up!

This January, we participated in @Tryanuary a campaign set up to support independent breweries in what is normally the quietest month of the year, plus it’s a great opportunity to try something new.

We welcomed back two favourites, Salted Caramel Chocolate Donut Stout, a decadent 7% stout that delivers Caramel, Cocoa Nibs, Vanilla, Sea salt and layers upon layers of deep Chocolate malts.

The classic IPA, a classic style we love that’s near and dear to us as we started our journey into beer creativity around balance and hop combinations. Timeless and tasty, a clean malt base supports the big hop characters of citrus, pine and grapefruit from Simcoe, Centennial & Chinook hops in this West Coast style IPA.

January also brought about our first sour of 2021. Weighing in at 6.5%, Berry Sour brings Cherry and Raspberry supported with blackberry and blueberry all pulling into a salivating sour finish. Our super clean fermentation with philly sour culture made up a beer bursting with berries begging to be drunk.

And lastly, our monthly NEIPA series continued with a blast. NEIPA #01.21 which brought together Amarillo, Azacca & El Dorado hops. Coming in at 7% ABV, this belter of a beer brings peaches, apricots and tangerine zest together in a smooth, soft, lightly bitter New England and the label features photography from the super talented Jerry Webb. Keep and eye on our blog page for blogs on the individual photographers throughout the series.
