This series has been designed to express the power of flavour and aroma achieved from the combination of a single hop and a single fruit. We’ve carefully selected different styles to really showcase the best of each combo. 

Simcoe and Grapefruit West Coast IPA 6.9%

Smooth and clean with a grapefruit bitterness. Grapefruit zest contributes to the bitterness in this West Coast style. Simcoe hops are used throughout the brewing process to balance bitterness, depth of flavour and aroma. Grapefruit juice was added to the fermenter for even more depth of flavour. The combination of the oils from the fruit and hops gives a real West Coast vibe of pine and citrus 

Nelson Sauvin and Gooseberry Sour 7.2%

Full bodied with sour gooseberries. Gooseberries are naturally very sour. We built up the base of the beer similar to a Berliner Weiss and added maltodextrin to balance the sourness with sweetness and give a fuller body to stand up to the ABV. Nelson Sauvin gives a beautiful grape and gooseberry character. 

Citra and Passionfruit NEIPA 7.6%

Juicy with a passionfruit tang. The base is a classic full bodied New England style with lots of oats and wheat. 

We added a huge dose of Passionfruit to give a compliment to lashings of Citra. Citra on its own gives layers or papaya, passionfruit and tropical goodness. 

We’ve teamed up with local legend Will Blood @iamwillblood to create all the artwork. We think you’ll agree he’s a very talented guy and has nailed the concept. Limited screen prints and T-shirt’s will be available.
