The beer stick we've been wanting to make and finally thanks to our friends at Curing Rebel we've made it happen!
Made with free-range Sussex pork. A subtle blend of sweet and sour spices and a good splash of our Joosy.
Fermented for two days and air dried at Rebel HQ in Hove this beer stick is finished with a light coating of sumac and Aleppo chilli to provide a slightly spiced finish.
The perfect snack to partner with a cold beer.
