Sour Beer
In the third iteration of their cocktail mini-series, we collaborated with Brew York to recreate a classic Amaretto Sour.
With a bold and distinct almond flavour, the addition of sweet maraschino cherries, and citrusy lemon zest help to compliment this classic cocktail recipe.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Wheat, Lactose (Milk), Lemons, Cherries, Apricot Kernels, Tonka Beans, Hops, Yeast. Allergens in Bold.
