An energising & zingy Berliner Weisse with a tea twist!
Expect fresh lemon zest & juice with fragrant ginger on the nose, followed by an explosion of refreshing lemon, fiery ginger, lemongrass & Yerba Mate tea on the palate, bringing this 2.5% tea inspired beer to life.
Our classic Berliner Weisse malt base, lime and lemony Motueka hops accentuating citrus notes and a huge dose of Bird & Blends ‘Morning Kick’. The resulting beer, although small in ABV, is huge in flavour and character.
Amazonian Zing is the second collaboration with local tea mixologists Bird & Blend, bringing both the beer and tea brewing worlds together to create a hybrid beer based on one of their best-selling blends.
