OYSTER STOUT

This deep dark beer has a lightly roasted backbone, a silky mouthfeel, and a subtle salt finish. A beer to celebrate the coast, food and friendship made with London-based seafood restaurant friends Faber!

During the brewing process, we add dried Irish Moss, fresh sugar kelp and dried Kombu, all hand-harvested by Car Y More. Brewers use Irish Moss as a fining agent to drop out proteins in the kettle. A first to use fresh-picked Irish Moss

This great project brought together brewing, beer, food, chefs and producers to create a wonderful 5.5% Oyster Stout.
